I with you here Morti, you are no alone, I also gained a lot of weight this past 2 years of Covid. Ive also had a hard time exercising and eating right, if u wish we can do this together! Maybe teamwork can help for the motivation we both lack.

I am having the same problem, I am eating a lot and a lot of unhealthy food, I am college student so this I feel is like the norm for the phase I am in my life XD, but still its really unhealthy, I also dont exercise at all, I am mostly on my ass all day as well, either sitting in a chair in school or doing homework at home or watching movies, only time I am not is when I go out, to drink.... which terrible for my health lmaoo, before it wasnt much of a problem, I could keep this life style and not gain anything, but I am not a teenager anymore and its starting to show jajaja. Ill send a vocaroo of what we can do cause I am lazy rn lol.
