I meant similarities and you cover me. Thanks. I don't understand why some Greek user want not to associate with our neighbors and try to prove that we are the same culturally Northerners and Southern.

Because Southern scums (along with being half northern/thessalian, i am half southerner, from Zakynthos) will associate us with Balkans, and therefore with Slavs, and therefore less Mediterranean heritage and therefore with less Greekness

Geographically it's not but the people are the same.

It's geographically northern as well, especially if we divide Greece into two parts (cybernetic, remember, I said geographical division )

Balkans is definitely not Central Europe. Ottoman influence never reached past Vienna. Countries in Central Europe are noticeably more developed than Balkan ones and the mentality is different from Balkan mentality. Yes many of them are Slavs, but they are still quite different IMO. I'd say as Balkans we are a bit closer to Southern Italy and Spain despite being Slavs (most of us). We even share a lot with countries like Greece and Turkey more than we would like to admit.

As a Balkaner I feel like we are a cross between Southern Europeans and Eastern Europeans. We are our own distinct corner of Europe. I would say we are a bit further from Central Europeans, who have a more Nordic mentality than us. We are Mediterranean Slavs.
