Can anyone create a MDLP K23b PCA?
I have some predominantly Amerindian individuals and I want to see where they will plot in PCA and their position in regard to old world pops.

Yes please!! MDLP is way more accurate with more samples than the BS eurogenes

Not the best calculator for everyone as some of the samples are really off. For example South Indian component is 0.61 for Bulgaria, 0.52 for Macedonia but 6.87 for Romania.
