They already do, France offered us 2 aircraft carriers and we took them, rafale fighters , frigates and now Germany offering us their frigates. they know Egypt is returning back especially with the appearance of other powers like china or india or pakistan etc they won't try to make plots against us like old times, they will be busy facing those powers and trying to get Egypt on their side.

Yes, I know they buy them.
I know Dassault was desperate to sell rafales since they were refused in morocco due to high price and in india because france doesn't want tech transfer to india.
