Vegans... What do you eat?

I know that vegan cuisine can be really diverse and flavorful, but I'm having trouble imagining what you eat over the course of one day.

Post pictures here. Post how you can have a 2 - 3,000 calorie a day diet. Thanks.

I just made some oatmeal.. oats, water cooked together , add sliced banana , cook some more and stir .. Then remove ... add on a plate .. add another sliced banana and blue berries or whatever fruits of your choice... You can also use plant milk for this.. And also make it with dates

I usually eat beans, potatoes, grains, corns, rice, fruits, bread, pastas and all that.. You can make a lot of good things , just have to be creative I'm still learning .. I was at this course and they made so much good food

I eat almost all kinds of vegetabes. I love to make salads with unique kitchen gadgets. The result is healthy as well as beauty.
