I guess it was a clickbait, it says so in the title but as he speaks of prices he mentions 3 bedroom flats starting at $60,000 US
In Hargeisa Somaliland there is a huge real estate bubble caused by the diaspora competing to buy plots of land...so Somalia is not a good investment at the moment, although I purchased a plot of land in Dhaboolaq (ancestral homeland), doubt I will do anything with it for a decade or so.

yes. Went back in 2015, 2013, 2009 and 2002
but not "Somalia"...Somaliland Republic
