Are Southern Ukrainians darker pigmented than Northern Ukrainians, overall?

I guess, it is because of the fact that Southern Ukrainians have more relatively darker types (darker than East Baltid) such as Dinarid, East Mediterranid, Turanid, Alpinid or Carpathid. However, the North might be predominantly East Baltid. Is it true?

Correct me Im wrong, but isnt more russians in east and south - and those are generally lighter?

Actually I do not think this map is so true at all. For example, it shows that an average German and average Swedish has the same skin tone but in real an average German's skin tone would be darker than an average Swede's.

Yes, I see. According to the map, an average German and and average Swede has the same skin tone but in reality, an average Swedish would be lighter skinned than an average German.
