I do not.

However, you are misguiding people to believe that Russia has the best gender equality index with your thread title. This illustrated graphic only shows that Russia has by far the most senior roles held by women. It is surpassing other nations in this parameter but not necessarily in all other fields that measure gender equality.

The Soviet Union introduced full gender equality already in the 1920s, earlier than Japan or India. So it makes sense.

You think that senior roles is all it takes to measure accurately gender equality? What if Russia has by far the highest percentage of women occupying senior roles but variously earn on average 30% less than men occupying the exact same positions? There are many indicators to measure gender equality.

The United Nations' Human Development Reports states that Russia ranks as number 52 when it comes to the gender inequality index. It is among the top ten worst positions among the nations with Very High Human Development.

The U.S.A. had more share of seats in parliament held by women than Russia (at least in 2015). When it comes to gender inequality the U.S. isn't much better than Russia (ranks at number 43).
