Seems very likely to be a German name originally. It's right at the modern border of Germany and Czech Republic, too. "Dorf" means 'village' in German.
"Smyrna" or "Smyrne" was the old Greek name of what is now Izmir, as the Greeks founded the city. There likely were settlers before Greeks as well. Later the name became "İzmir" in Turkish. The sound changes are evident: /y/ has changed to /i/, final /na/ has been dropped and /i/ has been inserted in the beginning. It's logical that settlers from Izmir would have named a place in their new home after their old home, giving it in the language of the new country.
Names often remain when new people settle a place. The name will then be adapted to their own language.
