Mind sport / strategical game

Hi,

Does some of you are playing a game? Which one?
I'am curious to involve myself in a mind sport, but I hesitate on which one.
Chess had never attract me.
Draught is a bit more funny for me but I don't know.
Mahjong has something, there is also hazard who change everytime the games, but it a lot to do with chineese culture.
Go isn't bad.
Maybe tarot, i like cards game.

I heard about this viking game, seems fun but heard that it's not that deep in term of tactic.

It's a bit like chess, no? Not a game who attract me and I don't think I can get a decent level in chess by starting so late.

Might sound stupid but CSGO, aquires huge amount of skill, muslce memory and good level of reading the game and aswell you tend to learn English while playing the game. At the same time the game can be very cancerious.

And AgeOfEmpires is pretty good strategy game too.

Right now I cannot play video games in comfort due to my desk.
I was more thinking to a board game.

If possible a traditional european games. If someone has suggestion.

Indeed it's a good ideas. I enjoy the french game tarot. But I'am not sure if there is really a lot of strategy.

Once I play scoppa, it's was funny also.
