I'm Northern Italian and I can assure you that anyone from anywhere above Sicily is 100% caucasoid, just like any other european, but things get a bit different if we compare sicilians to the rest of italy. Sicilians will usually have some MENA % in their blood but tbh it is not smth rly noiticeable if u think about it
