I would say the Slavic countries, I don't know which one specifically, probably the South Slavs, Westerners have been conditioned to feel guilty about their glorious history, Spain and Italy are definitely prouder of their history than their northern brethren, and the French are very protective of their language and customs. As for the Brits, not showing emotion is part of the national psyche, and our patriotism is often misplaced into fucking football.

Stealing public money, not Caring about environment and emigrating to west in masses to fly flags from there is opposite of true patriotism.

There is nothing more patriotic than paying taxes to your own country and working to make society better.

I would say Balkan countries are among Least patriotic ones.
