Does Jennifer Connelly look passable as fully Irish?

I would've guessed her as being an American rather than Irish as she's got a new world nation look about her. (Maybe it's due to the orangey fake tan, strong make-up, and the fake-looking teeth, etc, as that type of aesthetic is popular in places like Hollywood.) I think Irish people have a softer and more natural look. I don't know what part of Ireland she was raised in, but her accent would show where she's from.

Those makeup trends that you've mentioned are immensly popular in the British Isles unfortunately..

How should Ashkenazi Jews look like? Big nosed and horse faced, like in the stereotype books? Come now, they all pretty much vary. Jason Statham and Daniel Radcliffe look like typical Englishmen and they're Ashkenazi. She easily fits as an AJ.

But I'd say she looks somewhere between French, Italian and Spanish. My first impression of her will not be Celtic. But that's just my notion.

Of course, there is THAT film of hers. One of those great films that I rarely recommend. She has really had the chance to be in some very amazing movies.
