I love the heat and humidity in Virginia that lasts from May-September. But I'm really more a Fall person.

More seriously ... like he said ... the human's heart is risky point of doing that.

Here in normal summers sea waters hardly rises much above 20C, and in lakes 22C (big ones) - 24C (small ones). Children goes to playing in the water already then water is 18C (parents will need to ask them to come away).

Really? Some people even wear jackets when the weather is18C lol. These children are more brave than many adults.
