Not just the southern portion, France overall has that "Latin" vibe I never got in Switzerland or Belgium. Even in Paris, it feels like a Romance city, not a Germanic city.

Children are WAAAY too blonde to be Southern European. However, there is noticeable Iberian shift, enough for many of them to look like light Spaniards. Overall Central Europe is the obvious choice!

BTW indigenous Corsicans are Italians, not French, and like other Italians they're mostly Med-Alpine mix

Good pics, they look much more French than Spanish, they could easily pass in Normandy though there are less brunn-borreby types there and less Atlantids.
