These are relished in Sindhi culture regardless of being Hindu or Muslim. Sindhi Hindus who migrated to India also continue to hold on to this practice. Chicken too is consumed.

Secondly, some Sindhi Hindu clans bury their dead while other cremate. For example, in Hyderabad you can find the famous graveyard of Thakur Jaati Hindus. Laal Chand Raybari, the 1st Pakistani Hindu soldier to be killed in action, was buried rather than cremated.

So this shows a stark difference between North Indian Hinduism and Indus Hinduism. I've also mentioned how South Indian Hinduism differs from North Indian Hinduism in terms of what gods they revere and how temples are constructed.

Again the underlying Indus, Gangetic and Dravidian cultures is what created the differences between Pakistan, North India and South India. It wasn't religion 100%.
U mean only West(Pak) Punjab being Muslim majority since 1200s or Punjab as a whole ? Also many or even most Hindus and Sikhs in Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat are vegetarian.

you can understand cultures of muslim punjabi with this above videos or read heer ranjha story by waris shah

mirza shaiba story was true story in 15 century, this was time when punjabi muslim start getting on top , and increased in numbers than hindus

and that's when "other" hindus also start rising and start sikhism. this was time influence of puranic hinduism on pakistani punjab start declining.
