We're just Western European, or North-Western Europe. Usually Southern Europeans call us 'Northern', but we're Western in the true cultural sense of the world. Western Continental European, basically.

Many maps i have seen put Luxembourg into the same basket with Slovakia, Western Ukraine and northern Serbia. I don't know how its people themselves feel, and seriously, not sure what makes it so different from next-door Netherlands and is associated with the above countries
