Language alone do not indicate anything. Do you know Herodotus and other ancient historians like old Plinius? I am studying them too, and they say that the Scythians before Avar and Huns settlement in northern Caucasia and pontic steppes had many tribes and they spoke different dialects and langauges just because they lived isolated from each other and each thought they are the noblest among all. The very same applied to Avars after their settlement in northern Caucasia and repelling Sabirs out of their land there
They were some of the elites of Avars that remained in mountainous Daghestan and they kept their dialect different from the others, because they thought they were the noblest, however of course they kept having close relations with the nearby communities that afftected their langauge throughout centuries. Today Avar is a distorted version of a Turkic dialect and I know it very well

Please avoid making such certain comments like we are not related to Pannonian Avars Noxv, let this matter be unveiled by academics and a researching genuine Avar like me who know the language and all the culture
..and all my GEDmatch results associates me with Turkic peoples of northern Caucasia like us, Karachay-Balkars and Kumyks in first populations as well as Chechens

Balkars and Kumyks are assimilated into the Caucasian peoples, the same with Ossetians. Ossetes are a Iranic people but genetically they are very similar to Chechens and Kabardins. Does that mean we are Iranians too?
