Also, both of these two women are speaking Albanian. The blonde one si from Albania. She speaks Standard Albanian. The other one from Kosovo. She speaks Standard Albanian mixed with Kosovo Albanian.

Can foreigners hear the difference between their accents?

Thanks. My opinion still remains the same. I think people could also mistake it for Portuguese since Portuguese and Romanian sound pretty similar even though they developped completely independently.

Also, how come the average Kosovar on the street doesn't look Nordic as fuck like Kastrioti and co. claim?
