I meet quite a few black women that are into me and I'm pretty far from a blonde surfer type, also had a couple specifically mention how much they like my long dark hair. I guess it could still be true but that's been my experience. I got a lot of attention from my Asian friend's relatives and friends when I was younger but since then I'd say it's been more black women than any other non-whites.

Not going to include Latina or "white Hispanic" women in this because of how I look and I speak Spanish

I've heard black women typically aren't attracted to white men but black acquaintances have told me that there is a subset of black women who only date white men and specifically like the "blond haired surfer" type.

Based on what I've seen online and based on interracial marriage statistics it seems East Asian women would be high on the list.
