Manila has the world's oldest Chinatown, Binondo. Of course there are many ethnic Chinese in Manila.
Manila is also the only city in Asia which has an ethnic Latino enclave in Ermita and Cavite (Mostly Mexicans)
The pure Spanish Europeans used to live in the walled district of Intramuros (before it was bombed by the Japs and Americans) and then they moved to nearby Makati.
To the east is Cainta, where many Indian Sepoy soldiers settled at when they rebelled against their British masters and intermarried with Filipinas.
Tondo district right besides Bindondo used to be the royal capital of the Tondo kingdom and there was once a palace there, now it's a favela.
Manila has a very VERY rich history.
