Default Main phenotypes among Dagestani Avars

If you had to give me 5 phenotypes, which would they be ?
And i have seen that Dagestani Avars have high I Y-DNA percentage even if J1 dominates.

Mtebid, Cromagnid and some Alpines. A few of them seem to have Mongoloid admix.

Both phenotypes are of the same "family". They can look similar sometimes.

They seem very homogenous. Just Mtebids and North Pontids with some CM influence.

I cant name the phenotype precisely maybe but red and blonde hair is quite common among Avars, especially the ones that didnt mix with locals from southern caucasia. I grew up among such people
