Jealousy due to insecurities. Biologically humans are polygamous. They've already done research that showed that in early humans, women would fuck multiple guys. The healthiest, most "worthy" sperm would be the one to inseminate the egg. They even showed that the penis of human males are designed such that when they thrust in a vagine they are designed to remove the deposited sperm from other males in a woman.

Of course women have to offer alot more but your logic is wrong. Virginity is still a present for the one you love ... But to me whats more important is that a woman respect her body...she doesnt go around giving it to anyone...that goes even for not virgin girls that have only slept with men they really loved but life made it for them to break up...
