Yup, you are just a Secular Muslim, I'm actually like you. But I am not sure to understand the relations with culture and/or getting along with other Muslims ? Many Muslims in North Africa & Middle East feel & act actually the same

Just practice & believe the way you think is the good way for you, this is something very private & make your own opinion

People are all practising & viewing religion differently so you cannot agree with all of them! But if you are refering to any kind of extremism (salafism/wahabbism etc...), you are not alone many Muslims disagree with them! Also religious nuts (strict Muslims) annoy me af, they see the world/religion in a very binary way (good vs evil, haram vs halal, black vs white etc...), the world is not that stupid and simple
There is a huge crisis in the "Islamic sphere" anyway since few decades, the practise has changed a lot and evolved to something different, if not radical (people were less religious before) and its extremely related to politics, economics and recent history! I'd say there is even more geopolitics & sociology than "true spirituality" in it, actually
The best thing you can do is not being influenced by that and make your own choices

You should turn to paganism and worship Nordic gods.

Or become a key person in adopting Nordic paganism for the Turkics.

Be a part of a religion because u want to be, not because others told that, or u feel u should. If u have no benefit from it then why u would even worry about religion?

Hold on to your faith. When everything is going good we tend to lose faith, but the second we get an affliction, you'll be calling out to God. Let me just say, there's no magic connection. It doesn't happen overnight. A personal connection with Allah will happen after you spend effort and time to understand, increase in knowledge, contemplate, and getting to know Allah through His book. But you will have to cross the hurdle of belief first, of accepting whether you have a Creator. That is a hurdle that has both a rational and an emotional component and both need to be addressed. Also, an advice before reading the Quran and its tafsir, is always check your intention. Are you approaching the book with an open mind or with emotional baggage/preconceived notions? Do you have a genuine desire to figure out the truth? And if you are still confused follow this simple life rule -

"Live a good life. If there are Gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are Gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no Gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones."
