Northeastern Poles have Baltic admixture, so They should be quite Light as well.

Russians are about the same in the North and South. The differences between the poles are not known. But the South poles are darker than the South Russians. Since the Russians have no Balkan contribution, the poles have.

Yeah Gorals and Polish mountaneers look more like Slovaks than like East Slavs.

I know Ukrainians well, I have Ukrainian relatives, I have been to Ukraine many times. Ukrainians are Western and Central dark in General, almost like the southern Slavs. Eastern Ukrainians are often similar to Russians.

I always tought They are fairer and Poland is more north from Ukraine, which tend to have more exotic Types imo. But most Ukrainians live in central and eastern Ukraine which is similar to Belarus and Southern Russia.

In Poland bigger population density in the south.
And Slovaks are for sure darker than Ukrainians.

i dont think slovaks are darker than ukrainians. Ive met plenty of ukrainians here in vienna and many are very dark. They are at least as dark as slovaks if not darker in my experience. though they have very blonde types too, but slovakia also has pretty blonde types.

Poles are definitely lighter than ukrainians. Imo poles are very light on average with the exception of more southern mountainous type poles who start to resemble slovaks more.
