All of them are similar to me.

Maybe Sorbs the most stick out from group because they have unique culture and customs. Also they were the longest under the Germanic/German influence and they don't have their own national state.

Interestingly Sorbs have the lowest % of R1b, why is it the case?:

Myres 2010 study had 18.4% of R1b in Poland. The same study had 21.6% of R1b for Czechia and 16.2% for Slovakia.

According to Myres 2010 the most common branch of R1b in Poland is U106 and in Czech Republic P312 predominates.

Among Lusatian Sorbs the percentage of R1b is 9.8% - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sorbs#Genetics
    Edit:

Back in the 17th century, Sorbs were still not yet an enclave surrounded by Germans.

At that time near Zielona Góra and Krosno Odrzańskie ethnic Sorbian settlement area bordered directly with ethnic Polish settlement area.

That connection disappeared in the 18th-19th centuries as the area was Germanized.

Sorbs also have the highest R1a.

Of all Slavic nations Czechs have the highest R1b.

What Slovaks and Sorbs have in common (Czechs to a lesser extent because they had autonomy) is being under foreign rule for most of their history.

Slovaks were part of the Kingdom of Hungary for most of their history.

    Genetically: I would say Slovaks.

    Culturally: I would say Czechs.

Czechs from Bohemia are most outlying imo.
Strong German cultural influence, also quite irreligious and genetically Czechs have strong Celto-Germanic substratum.

Interestingly Sorbs that are close Neighbours of Czechs are genetically more Slavic and eastern, some of them are quite close to Ukrainians (and ofcourse Poles)

Mikula, are Moravians culturally closer to Slovaks or Bohemians ? (Or in-between) ?
