What about isolationist Socialism; i.e., take care of your own citizens with universal health care, a living wage, affordable housing. I'm not against ousting those who are not natives.

I don't understand today's world, the EU or even the point of the Cold War anymore. It seems as though Marxism–Leninism moved to Brussels after the Berlin Wall was torn down instead of being destroyed in the name of "freedom and democracy" which was supposed to be the point in the first place. We all got duped.

Look at religion it has collapsed. Modern parties calling themselves Christian democrats are lite version of what it was decades ago. Some of them even side with Jews and/or Muslims and shifted to humanism and basically ignore Christian side. The Catholic church struggled like heck against both Liberal and Social Internationalists. Even with Ecumenism Europe has changed massively.
Listen to Vladimir Bukovsky and Yuri Bezminov. Think of the European Commission, European Council, etc. Compare them to Politburo, Commisars, etc. Bunch of pseudo elected people.
UN cares for aboriginal and natives rights but not if you are European.
