The question is why didn't the Byzantines create such artistic pieces, if it started with them in the first place? Do you have an answer or not?

Janissaries = a Turkic copy of Roman Legions
Devshirme = a Turkic copy how Rome/Constantinople conscripted into Army of conquered territories.

Every year a Roman governor or Illyricum, Thrace, Egypt etc.. would receive an order to take younger people 12-15 yr of age
and they would move them to infamous Roman Barracks where they would live and become either Legionaries or Gladiators for entertainment, some
of them even became popular and became generals etc..

They would become 1. Latinized, Trained soldiers etc.. It was an excellent way to replace the dead soldiers in legions and to hellenize the Empire.

That method was used especially in Illyrian, Thracian provinces that refused Latinization and Hellenization. Anatolians of course are Turkified Roman
people who continued with those age old practices in Ottoman Empire.

Devshirme concept in Ancient Rome was partially welcome by families of the young, cause after 10-20 years of service in Roman Army and Barracks
you would receive a Roman Citizenship which was extremely important back then where non-Roman citizens were treated like animals.

Nope! The Eastern Roman empire did not abduct people for conscription EVER, though the proper Romans did so.

Every year a Roman governor or Illyricum, Thrace, Egypt etc.. would receive an order to take younger people 12-15 yr of age

Nope, it wasn't a customary practice. It was happening to the heirs of their defeated enemies at the beginning of the Roman history.

They would become 1. Latinized, Trained soldiers etc.. It was an excellent way to replace the dead soldiers in legions and to hellenize the Empire.
How would Latinized people Hellenize the empire? Was there ever a Hellenization agenda? I don't think so, and there is certainly no proof of it.

That method was used especially in Illyrian, Thracian provinces that refused Latinization and Hellenization. Anatolians of course are Turkified Roman
people who continued with those age old practices in Ottoman Empire.
There was never a Latinization or Hellenization drive in the Balkans - at least not by the Roman empire! We know for a fact that Justin, the uncle of Justinian who got the throne and passed it to his nephew, could not speak proper Latin, and never really bother to learn writing it! He did become an emperor though!!!

Except that all inhabitants of the Roman empire were legally Roman citizens since the edict of Caracalla at 212 A.D. That was before the introduction of the East Roman empire...
