China's Engineering Firms wormed their way into U.S. Bridge Projects that costed thousands of American Jobs, as well as a pirate's treasure of hundreds of millions of U.S. Dollars.
The San Francisco Bay Bridge Remodeling Project was given to an engineering firm from the People's Republic of China, thus costing California thousands of jobs, as well as hundreds of millions of dollars. Midway into the project, engineering snafus delayed the completion of the project, and further embarrassed California.

this is the big picture or the end game...
^ these key ports are Chinese targets for Chinese debt trap/Chinese control.. ( sir lanka, Djibouti and few African countries have already fallen under Chinese control)..
^ if the africans dont wake up... the entire African continent will be controlled/colony of china.
kenya,zambia,ethiopia,maldives, Djibouti, Madagascar have already fallen under Chinese debt trap.

china has invested 250 billion in latin-america as well, sooner or later they might have few military bases in latin-america.. and they want to control shipping ports globally.. china bas build their own panama canal in Nicaragua, soon they will try to get latin-america under chinese influence as well.
theres a slight change that Venezuela might fall in the debt trap in the future.
