Not only Europe. I here that a lot of Venezuelans go to Southern cone. Also they are some venezuelans in here in Costa Rica and those are diferent than the venezuelans that i watch in some videos crossing borders to Perú, Brasil and Colombia.
And yes your are right. After Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and Brasil, Venezuela have a lot of italian ancestry.

Venezuela I think although I'm not so sure
Colombia in absolute numbers and average admixture. Venezuela in percentage (counting diaspora).
And I personally think few Ecuadorian white families are very pure and underestimated
