Yep. Idiots. Chicago has probably last 300K in population in the last 10 years, people moving out. Northside and the most of the burbs are really nice. Detroit has really nice burbs also.

The FBI went after the gang leaders, after the gang leaders were put in prison.. theres no more structure of the gangs.. so now everyone out for themselves.. survival of the fittest/power vacuum. even people from the same gangs are fighting each other..
