It exists in Scandinavia too and was refered to by the Scandinavian anthropologists as the "Tydal" type.
Look at the map from the Human phenotypes:
In my opinion he has more of a generic "Western Hunther Gatherer" look though, although a bit less robust.

If paleo atlantid looks like Atlantid then no, too gracile and dark for him.

They are usually large-headed and robust like Borrebies and Faelids. Most often they have a darker pigmentation, sometimes intermediate, but never blonde and blue-eyed like regular Northern Europeans. Either way, his features fit the mold perfectly:
