aahh so unlike some of the Canary people who are mixed with the gaunches berber, technically the madeirans should be 100% portuguese then.

To me they are a mix of Alpine and Med.
If they were Italians I''m pretty sure many would say Alpine.

Yes, some (Sikeliot and some followers) believe Madeira has high percentage of SSA, and that some persons show it in their phenotype, well there might have been a few negroes in Madeira, but I've never seen a Madeiran with visible SSA phenotype.
