Using possible scales of relevance (1%, 5%, 12,5%) I still thinking anything less than 12,5% can't be really measured at taxonomy, except when the mix helps it (for example, a 50/40/10 Native/Euro/SSA can have some feats that are native but can be misguided as SSA lika a big nose, hair, etc).

Anyway, 5% or less can't be used to label someone triracial IMO.

Even someone 55 Euro/40Amerind/5 SSA is in my opinion mestizo, not tri.

Iberians (spaniards and portuguese people) normally score among 0 to 1.5%.
More than 2% that is probably slave ancestry...

Mexican mestizo has marked 2.5% SSA, I find it unlikely that 4% of slaves uniformly spread throughout all of them.
