If one moves more to Scandinavian nose (straighter and thinner) ... of course it will make hers nose looks better. Still the operation won't change hers genetics (= it is a fake).

Straight nose is okay but hyper leptorrhine nose is more prominent in Balkans.

Yup. Just my opinion ... but for me ''wrong'' kind of nose is one turndown issue.
