Default "Not sampled" DNA results . Is it common to have portions of DNA as not sampled?

When I try to upload my raw data file into different sites to predict traits I received for some of them a message saying that I have missing information. When I try to do a chromosome comparison I see portions of my chromosomes as not sampled. Anyone with the same issue?

I have just found out the answer for my question. It seems that every DNA testing company analyses certain SNPs only therefore there are differences between companies. In the following link you will find the percentage of markers covered by every company depending on the trait. Every trait requires specifics SNPs. When there are missing SNPs (inspected) the prediction could be skewed or could not be determined at all.
