He's a Russian troll. He used to mock Balkan and Southern European people for being brown and talked about how only Northern Europeans are the true whites, among them Russians who, in his opinion, only have 5% brown eyes in total. Now he's doing the same thing, but the aryans in this case are Germanics/Nordics and the 'brown people' Slavs.
