I don't think the Nazis hated Slavs or other Euros so much. He had to rally the majority of Germans to gain power against "whoever". The leadership of Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Croatia, Romania, Hungary etc., all supported the Nazis. Hitler was even cozy with Iraq and influenced them to expel 150,000 Jews.
