Romania. The people there have always been friendly to us, we are both culturally and genetically similar, it has a lot of diversity in landscape and architecture and it's the only one out of the three listed that I have been to

There's also a saying I heard from a Romanian, "Romania only has two friends: the Black Sea and Serbia".

Generaly we dont know too much about Bulgaria and Romania. From this list i think Romania is most respected (politicaly and historicaly reasons).
