Let me make you laugh (and everyone here) with one Yugoslav anecdote in terms to which degree that madness of loyality to the state and work ethic for country was going lol:

There was like a hidden contest in 60's or 70's (honestly Im not sure which decade) between mineworkers of Yugoslavia and Soviet Union, so one guy from Bosnia mined like TONS of it in one day lol, breaking the record of one Soviet mineworker, so Tito called him to give him ANYTHING HE WANTS, haha, so legend (propaganda or legend or truth) says that mineworker when asked from TITO what does he want, anything he wants is his, Tito says; "Anything you want is yours, tell me, what do you want"? Mineworker replies: "I want new shovel"!

Hahahahah, nothing else, nothing, but new SHOVEL! ROFL
