^ brotherhood unions bless by a priest?

What l was saying, it's eqiuvalent of Western Socities today being accomodating to Gay unions as it was for the unfortunate Albanians of the past. Communism helped to put a lid on this bad practice. The Kanun is a great code, from the limited knowledge I have of it, hey tell me, does it forbid blood feuds?

Your point is? All blood brothers at the time were blessed by priests. I would've expected you to know what a blood brotherhood is, the same thing was done in Serbia. It is in no way gay as your "source" was trying to suggest. You mean Ottomans of the past, I have clearly shown that this was something pushed by the Ottomans. The Kanun set up a law for the blood feuds and how they should be carried out, nobody said it was a great code but it is the best thing we have to tell us of the pre-Ottoman Albanian social norms and practices.

The Albanians, these tigers of mountain wars ... have as their religion rebellion. Even their worst warrior is one of the strongest and bravest on the battle-field, just as if he was a knight on the legendary horse. But he has no horse, nor proper weapons for battle. Instead of the horse, he has a lance which strikes as lightning, he has spears who's points are full of posion as the sting of hornets, he has also a wooden bow with some arrows. Furthermore, he is stronger than iron ...

^ this 'boy love' practice (Ottoman?) would had been 'forced' onto Serbs too, why wasn't it?
