    ^The EEC was a Catholic institution. I can't say the same for the EU which doesn't follow Catholic teaching at all.

    it's not because a centrist political party calls itself Catholic to gain votes from middle-aged religious people that it really is. Christians democrats are among the most anti-christian gathering. The EU was partly created by Monet and Schuman, two CIA agents + Kalergi. Not so "Catholic"

    Obviously. France and Germany always get who they want to run the European Union. But its logical, since these two countries, besides the UK, are the largest net contributors. Who pays gives the order.

    There were definitely Catholics involved in the creation of the EU and contacts with the CIA.
    But to say its just a Catholic institution isnt accurate. Because of this thing called "democracy".
    Christian democracy is more centrist, but Catholicism has supported national conservatives and even Gaulle/Franco.
    Western Europe has shifted significantly to the left (especially in culture and morals) quite a bit since then.
