Yugoslav times development help? Can you link me just one project? Kosovo was least funded province/state in Yugoslavia, literally no roads, 0 infrastructure, only mines were on 24/7. I see you are spoiled right here.

You are comparing two different type of communism. Albanian communism could be compared to some Myanmar or North Korean one and not with the Yugoslavian one. Plus the percent of serbs (Montenegrins) here is very low, lower than the Bulgarians of Prespa.

Was Kosovo a significant region in yugoslavia?

Were the demographics different?

Were Albanians in Kosovo seen as regular yugos?

Kosovo was a significant region in Yugoslavia, as ancestral homeland of Serbs. There were significant Serb population as well. Demographics were different, Albanians were minority.

But before war Serbs became minority. Albanian population spread across to the country. After war 90% of Serbs migrated to Serbia. Today you can see Albania flag in anywhere of Kosovo.
