Yes it does, because Gilman is not a Jewish name. They were originally French, called "Gilliam" who became Gilmans during the Norman Conquest, and were in Colonial Virginia. The Jew part (if any) probably came from my father's side.

Ok somebody have to say it- Ashkenazi Jews are a very distinctive population due to bottle neck. It’s very hard to mistake anything as ashkneazi. Only Middle easterns and other Jews used to score “false Ashkneazi” and after the update many of them don’t. Cherokee wouldn’t be mistaken as Ashkneazi in a million years…
Like it or not you are about 1/16-1/32 Jewish. You are making yourself to look like a Joke. Nobody but you even cares about having some Jewish Ancestry. You are just a self hatred. You have to stop.

With which raw data? Both 23andme and ancestryDNA? In these separate tests (Gedmatch, global 25, etc) is where you're going to find more specific information. You seem interested in finding your NA ancestry so I dont know why you're not taking advantage of all the options out there.
