I'm not sure what this reputation thing is all about. I don't have everything here figured out, but my comment is largely related to a vast number of dangerous incidents involving Russian military, especially in the Baltic and North Seas (and elsewhere of course). A number of which could have ended badly.

Of course they're not the only ones but I'm not playing the good guy/bad guy game.

Poor coordination by Russia and Syria. Israel still does as it wants without consquences, Putin and Nutyahoo meet a lot. And nothing.
All political groups in Europe and US are connected somehow with Jewry. Not good.
End the banking system, usury, and debt. End the philosemitic attitude common in some countries. End the tension between European countries and then something better will be.

I suppose it's also possible that Russians were operating the S-200!or at least involved to some degree.
