The antipathy against fake Native American Music seems to be pushed by bitter tribal groups who feel wounded about their history, and a lot of people understandably sympathize with that. They're wrong because those fake Indian chants are a clumsily untrained but sincere expression of admiration for American Indian Tribes. It comes from an undirected desire to learn the customs.

Anyway, a lot of creative and artistically talented people are liberal minded. That doesn't make them bad people, despite that their viewpoints are different. The problems start when people become incapable of accepting that intelligent people can have differing political views, and still be intelligent even when some viewpoints are in error.
