Sistanis are the darkest Persians. Balochies are the darkest Iranic speakers. The southern coast and Arab islanders are dark but not dark as the Sistanis, look like gulf Arabs, meaning they are not Iranian in their origins or genetic stock. The indigenous people of Qashem islands are Arabs who speak dialect very close to Emirati Arabic, Persians are new comers in several islands actually. I think People from hormozgan not could pass in Iraq (they have ssa) and iraqis can have not ssa people for hormozgan fit more with arab country of gulf.

Those images do seem to have Sub-Saharans in them. But Baluchistan would be darker because Balochis have considerable AASI/Andamanese-related ancestry (as do all South Asians), whilst Hormozgan, despite having a significant Arab population, is still pretty much entirely caucasoid.

They might have light features but all of them look very middle eastern but kurmaji kurds and Azeris and gilaks of northern provinces resemble eastern Turks and Caucasians more than their Iranian counterparts
