As long as they are real ethnic Russians, Ukrainians, Romanians, Poles, Hungarians, etc (no gypsies), I don't see them as second class citizens. They are fellow Europeans and for me they very welcome (just that not in too big numbers to don't change the mostly Spanish demography of Spain).

Any immigrant should not have the same rights than natives, does not matter if they also are european.
