The list you have provided is a weak attempt to make a basis to your argument. They are almost entirely subjective, except for the last point. Every culture is guilty of 1-5. The Turks are no exception.

Murdering thousands of people makes the taking of their land "ethical" because of the shedding of blood? By that own faulty logic the land should belong to the defeated since they would lose even more blood than the victors. Somehow mass murder is your criteria for an "ethical conquest" because, hey, not killing as many people as possible means you didn't try hard enough and did not "earn" the land you took.

You offer a very expedient account of just war and conquest, and your reasons are so conspicuous and biased that I am surprised you haven't made a greater effort to mask them more efficiently. You have formulated your definition of an ethical conquest on what you perceive to be the experience of the Turkish conquests of Anatolia which, of course, makes criticism of your ancestors impossible, and when projected onto the rest of the world, make criticism viable.

When Japan came to attack the USA by destroying Pearl Harbor and invading the Philippines (US Territory), the US declared war against Germany first to help their former oppressors, the British, in the war in Europe first, abandoning their country-men in the Pacific.

Their own people, about 800,000 American civilians, teachers and missionaries in the Philippines were practically abandoned so that America can suck British cock. The war in the Pacific was just an after-thought and came 3 years late, after the war in the West.

Turks conquered the territory of Anatolia, and settled there. Englishmen conquered modern USA, and settled there. Pred-turkish anatolians are today Turks, the native Americans are today English Americans (not literally). I see paralleles. Why to blame them only?
