How many school shootings have you had in the US? We've only ever had one school shooting in the UK.... which happened during the 90's prior to the change in gun laws. Parents and teachers and the UK public campaigned long and hard to the UK government and formed The Snowdrop Campaign to bring about stricter gun laws after the Dunblane Massacre in Scotland.
Lots of nations have strict gun laws. Any person who is stopped and searched by the police and caught carrying a knife in the UK is prosecuted and risks 5 years in jail. Millions of people live here... and millions of people here haven't ever been stabbed or approached by anyone with a knife.
I feel more reassured knowing that guns are rare in the UK and that people aren't running around here holding guns like in a war-zone nation where people have no universal healthcare, etc. A person has more chances of escaping from someone holding a knife, than from someone holding a gun.
Even if you have a gun at home, an intruder won't wait for you to go to your gun cabinet and unlock it, load up the gun, aim and fire... before they've already shot you. Neither would having a gun prevent an attacker in the street (who also has a gun) taking a person by surprise and shooting them in the back of the head. Gun manufacturers want to make big profits from gun sales though.
Like many UK people, I'd feel petrified if guns were ever legalised here. I don't want criminals having hold of dangerous guns. Shootings in the UK are very shocking and rare.

Too many shootings there each year, including more than 1 school shooting. Maybe they've become desensitised to it. 1 school shooting is 1 school shooting far too many and the shock and national anger and outrage of Dunblane still haunts and distresses our nation... it can never be allowed to happen again. https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...hool-Shootings

I'll go with the UK. My mom's side is English (from the 17th century), and my dad's side's Irish. They do the most drugs of anybody in Europe (lol!), posh English girls are sexy, British pub culture and food is cool, lot of interesting history, and you'd have access to the rest of the British Commonwealth.

those are all developed countries with great standard of living but tbh i wouldnt like to live in any of those places.
I guess i would choose Uruguay/Spain/Italy if i was forced to choose other than my country Argentina.
Sorry for being one of those retards who choose the option that is not in the poll
